"I have been with this insurance company for over 3 years. In the beginning it was great. Now it’s a mess. They don’t return phone calls, there is no client relationship, requests to remove a vehicle has been well over a week, customer service is an all time low. I have put in a request to switch offices. I should have a relationship with my insurance office, I don’t. It’s frustrating and upsetting. Customer service is key, and they lack it at this branch."

"The only reason i am giving them 3 stars is because of Judith. She is amazing! She always helps me with everything and will follow up to make sure i have been taken care of. Other than that everytime i call no one answers and when they do i leave a message with the front desk to have Judith call me back because she is on a call however she never gets my message. Also, i have to left VM’s in the past and no call back. In regards to my bill the price is always going higher and higher with no explanation."

"The office is much short staffed, since July of 2022. When I moved here to Houston back in June of 2022, I was able to call and a staff member would always answer the phone. Fast forward to my renewal time (beginning of December 2022), I could not get in touch with anyone from the office. It took almost a month to receive a call back from someone in the office, but by that time, I transferred to a new State Farm agent. Above all, I never received a call from Kevin Patton. This was the first insurance agency that I have ever had, where the agent (him or herself) never reached out to me."

"This guy and his office are the definition of incompetence. They never pick up their phone. I called this incompetent office daily for several days, no answer. They don't check their emails, jacked up my premium in less than 2 months for a signed document that was sent back to them but they never received, all which I have a proof of. Charged my bank after I already emailed them to cancel my policy with immediate effect since they are so incompetent which I will dispute with my bank, no doubt if they don't refund it. Save yourself a headache and skip these useless folks."

"I was a happy customer until I called the office to get some information about my policy (maybe it's because this is the first time I have to contact a representative in over 5 years). Let me begin to tell you it was almost impossible to get the to answer the phone, and when they did, they were supposed to call me back, they did after I called a second time unhappy about waiting more than 4 hours for a called that didn't last much. The representative whom I spoke to was supposed to send me a quote YESTERDAY and I haven't received anything. I've been calling the whole day and they don't answer the phone. They are excusing on a short staff but the as far as I know we keep paying our bills, the least we deserve is to get the attention and requests we're deserve."

"Idk why we haven't moved our business somewhere else probably the worst customer service . They never know whats going on. No question has a answer they blame problems on different lady's. Kevin doesn't care one bit . If you want to have a different amounts added to your bill every month this the place . If you want to be told you missed payments but you have the receipt go ahead lol such a dam joke"
